How do I post a load?
Go to the Loads tab, fill in pickup, dropoff, weight and price, then hit "Post load". It appears on the board instantly.
How does the AI dispatcher work?
Open the AI Dispatcher tab and type naturally — e.g. "find me a load from Accra to Kumasi under 20k lbs". The agent searches the board, computes distances, and estimates prices for you.
How do I track a truck?
Live GPS tracking appears on the Map tab once drivers start pinging their location from the mobile app.

Safety on the road
✚Rest every 4 hours. Fatigue is the #1 cause of haulage accidents. Plan breaks into every route.
✚Verify loads before pickup. Confirm weight and paperwork match the board listing before loading.
✚Share your live location. Keep GPS pinging on so dispatch always knows where you are.
✚Never share your login. Waynok staff will never ask for your password or token.
✚Report unsafe conditions. Bad roads, theft hotspots, or unsafe pickup sites — flag them via Support.
✚Emergency? Call Ghana emergency services on 112, then notify dispatch.

Terms & Conditions

1Service. Waynok is a marketplace that connects shippers who post freight with carriers who haul it. Waynok is not itself a carrier, broker, or insurer; the transport contract is strictly between the shipper and the carrier.
2Accounts. Choose the right role — Shipper to post loads, Carrier to haul them. You are responsible for everything done under your account and must keep your password confidential.
3Accuracy. Shippers must list accurate weights, dimensions, pickup windows, and equipment needs. Carriers must list a truthful capacity, equipment type, and current location. False listings may be removed and accounts suspended.
4Matching & connection. When you use "Connect nearest driver", the load is assigned to that carrier and both parties are expected to honour the pickup window. Repeated no-shows lead to account review.
5Cancellations. A load may be cancelled any time before pickup; cancellations after a driver is en route should be reported to support immediately so the driver is released promptly.
6Payments. Payouts to carriers are processed weekly (Fridays) unless otherwise agreed. Waynok may charge a platform commission on matched loads, displayed before you accept.
7Prohibited goods. No hazardous, illegal, perishable-without-reefer, or unmanifested cargo. Violations terminate the account and may be reported to authorities.
8Location data. Carriers share live location while on trip to enable tracking. Misrepresenting location is a breach of these terms.
9Liability. Waynok provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for cargo damage, delays, losses, or disputes between users. Carry appropriate insurance.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026. We collect the minimum data needed to run the load board.
◈What we collect. Account details (name, email, role), your listings (loads or trucks, including cities and coordinates you enter), location pings you explicitly share while on a trip, and activity such as logins and matches.
◈How we use it. To match loads with nearby drivers, display your listings to other users, keep you safe, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
◈Sharing. Your listing details are visible to matched parties (e.g., a shipper sees the assigned driver's name, plate, and live position while on trip). We may share data with service providers that power the platform (hosting, maps, authentication) or when legally required.
◈Location. Precise GPS is used only when you list a truck or go on trip, and only to show customers your position. You can deny browser geolocation; the app falls back to your city.
◈Storage. Preferences and activity on your device are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. Server data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request.
◈Security. Passwords are hashed and API traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to production data is restricted.
◈Your rights. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing dispatch@waynok.com.
Refund Policy

1Platform commission. If a matched load is cancelled by the carrier before pickup, any Waynok commission charged on that load is automatically refunded to the shipper within 5 business days.
2Cancelled loads. Loads cancelled before a driver is assigned carry no charge. Loads cancelled after connection but before pickup are reviewed; repeated cancellations may limit account features.
3Carrier payouts. Payouts for completed deliveries are processed every Friday. A delivery is considered complete when the load is marked delivered in the app. Incorrect payouts are corrected in the next cycle.
4Disputes. Raise any refund request within 14 days of the charge by emailing dispatch@waynok.com with the load ID. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.
5Non-refundable. Completed hauls, no-show fees where the shipper failed to provide the cargo as listed, and chargebacks made in bad faith are not refundable.
